- Bio: Dr Siegel is the Director of Internal Medicine at McLean Hospital with clinical appointments at MGH, BWH and Harvard Medical School. He is the Director of McLean Internal Medicine Associates, a primary care practice in the MGH network, with special interests in eating disorders, substance abuse, transgender and sports medicine as an active member of the medical team for the Boston marathon.He has published 50 original research papers related to medical complications of cocaine usage and marathon running including investigation of fatal water intoxication (hyponatremia) in runners.
