Bio: After completing my nursing degree at Boston College I came to work at McLean in 1985 on the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Unit. I returned to graduate school at BU and received my MBA with a concentration in Health Care Administration in 1992. After sitting on a committee which reorganized the delivery of partial hospital programming at McLean, I worked in the Partial and Residential programs for several years as a Nurse Director. I have been the Program Director at the OCD Institute since its inception in 1997 as the first residential treatment program for patients with OCD in the country. I am the immediate past President of the International OCD Foundation, currently serve as its Secretary, and have been a member of the Board of Directors since 1998.
