Physicians: McLean Hospital is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians. McLean Hospital designates this educational activity for a maximum of 1 hour in category 1 credit toward the AMA Physician's Recognition Award. Each physician should claim only those credits that he/she actually spent in the activity.

Psychologists: McLean Hospital is approved by the American Psychological Association to offer continuing education for psychologists. McLean Hospital maintains responsibility for the program. Participants meeting requirements will receive 1 CE credit.

Nurses: This program carries 1.2 contact hours. McLean Hospital is approved as a provider of continuing education in nursing by the Rhode Island state nurses association, which is accredited as an approver of continuing education in nursing by the American Nurses' Credentialing center's commission on accreditation.

Social Workers: Grand Rounds has been approved in accordance with the Regulations of the Board of Registration of Social Workers, 258 CMR 31.00. NASW Authorization number is D 36792

NBCC: McLean Hospital is accredited by the National Board for Certified Counselors, Inc. (NBCC) to offer continuing education for National Certified Counselors. We adhere to NBCC Continuing Education Guidelines. Each session in this series is accredited for 1 hour.
