McLean Hospital offers a full-time, two-year post-doctoral fellowship positions in clinical Neuropsychology. Fellows will have academic appointments at Harvard Medical School. Fellows gain experience by conducting neuropsychological evaluations with geriatric inpatients and outpatients while working in conjunction with an interdisciplinary team. Fellows also administer neuropsychological and psychodiagnostic evaluations hospital-wide for adult patients with neuropsychiatric disorders, perform comprehensive evaluations of children and adolescents in an outpatient learning clinic, and participate in a neurobehavioral consultation team. Research opportunities are available dependent upon the fellow’s area of interest. Extensive didactic programming offered through McLean Hospital and Harvard Medical School includes neuropsychology topics, geriatric psychiatry, Neuroradiology, neurology, and projective testing. Individual and group supervision is provided in accordance with APA and licensing requirements. Fellows are offered a salary and full medical benefits.
Application materials include a curriculum vita, letter of interest, three letters of recommendation, and two sample neuropsychological reports. All materials must be received by January of each year and in-person interviews are conducted in February. Applicants should have all requirements from an APA approved doctoral program met by the fellowship start date of July 1 (later start dates may be considered if scheduling conflicts occur).
