We offer for free School and Parent Guides to all interested educators, parents and guardians to help ensure that all of the settings girls inhabit are healthy and supportive ones.

The School Guide to Full of Ourselves
describes how to create a whole-school setting that simultaneously addresses risk factors for disordered eating and body preoccupation and promotes protective factors. It includes the following
  • Key ideas of the FOO program
  • 10 practical tips to create a school culture that supports student well-being
  • Key warning signs for eating disorders
  • A school assessment to help you determine how to more effectively promote body-esteem, self-esteem, and all-around health among students and staff
