PHYSICIAN POSITIONS

McLean Hospital invites applications for a full time Staff Psychiatrist position, at McLean SouthEast located in Brockton, MA. McLean SouthEast provides short-term, intensive psychiatric intervention and treatment to adults. Duties include administrative oversight and supervision of daily clinical services and operations in conjunction with other program leadership; provides clinical services and interventions as well as ongoing consultation and supervision for clinical staff members; participates in standing committees; provides teaching seminars and other educational activities; shares responsibility for fiscal, risk management and quality assurance activities with other program leadership; and facilitates the integration of clinical services with Partners HealthCare. Applicants must meet the academic criteria for appointment at the rank of Instructor at Harvard Medical School. Reports to the Medical Director and to the Chief Medical Officer.

Applicants must have an M.D., licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of MA, board eligible or certified, knowledge of clinical and administration of hospital services, and an interest in teaching and research.

Salary, recruitment package, and academic rank will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
