The McLean exhibit will feature a flurry of activity. Clinicians from the Geriatric Psychiatry Program will offer confidential mood and memory screenings. Expo attendees will also have the opportunity to be tested for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) by staff from the Developmental Biopsychiatry Program and Biobehavioral Diagnostics Company, using a new screening tool developed at McLean. Carrie Brown, coordinator of McLean's Patient Fitness and Recreation Center, will be getting physical as she demonstrates simple exercise and yoga techniques that can benefit everyone in reducing stress. Finally, the Harvard Brain Tissue Resource Center, also known as the McLean Brain Bank, will offer several interactive presentations on the brain while providing information on the center's unique role in psychiatric research.

On the Expo exhibit stages, McLean clinicians William Pollack, PhD, Jeffrey Brown, PsyD, ABP, and Elizabeth Torres, PsyD, will present talks throughout the weekend.

"Last year, the McLean booth was extremely popular with Expo attendees and we are expecting an even greater crowd this year," said Laura Neves, McLean's media relations and special events coordinator. "We're very excited to be able to market the hospital to so many people."
