Study Finds No Psychological or Cognitive Deficits among Native Americans Who Use Peyote Regularly in Religious Settings

The desolate location is in Texas near the border with Mexico and is where peyote is collected for the legal sacramental use by members of the Native American Church (NAC). Only members of federally recognized tribes have the clear legal right to use peyote for traditional/religious purposes.
