McLean Imaging Center About The Center Clinicial Diagnotics

The McLean Imaging Center is situated on the McLean Hospital campus, located in Belmont, MA. McLean is a major teaching hospital for Harvard Medical School and has been a leader in developing innovative diagnostic and treatment programs in psychiatry and neurology across the lifespan. Research and clinical programs focus on a variety of conditions, including – but not limited to – mood and anxiety disorders, drug and alcohol abuse, eating disorders, personality disorders, developmental disorders (e.g., autism, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder), and neurodegenative disorders (e.g., Alzheimer’s disease). Over the years the Center has grown to be one of the premier imaging sites in the world, offering a rare blend of diagnostic services, cutting edge research, and high quality educational programs in a relatively small hospital setting. Patients enjoy many benefits, including a multidisciplinary approach to clinical care, easy and quick access to three clinical scanners, and staff with decades of professional experience. Belmont’s location makes the Imaging Center easily accessible from a wide range of locations around the Boston metropolitan area.
