Healthy Smokers Wanted
Earn up to $350
Researchers at McLean Hospital are looking for healthy smokers to participate in studies of the effects of smoking. If you qualify, you could earn up to $350.
You may qualify if you:
- Smoke cigarettes
- Are 18 - 45 years old
- Are in good physical and mental health

Moderate Drinkers Wanted
Researchers at McLean Hospital are looking for moderate drinkers to participate in an experimental study investigating the effects of an herbal preparation on the acute effects of alcohol. If you qualify, you could earn up to $840.
You may qualify if you:
- Drink alcohol
- Are 18 - 55 years old
- Are in good physical and mental health

Drug Cravings Study
A McLean Hospital research group is conducting a five week study using a no-needle acupuncture treatment for cocaine, marijuana, alcohol, and cigarette use. You may qualify to participate if you:
- Are between the ages of 21 and 45
- Use cocaine, marijuana, or alcohol regularly or smoke cigarettes.
- Can come to the laboratory for study visits between 8am and 5pm (2 daily half-hour treatments)

Alcohol Treatment Study
A research group at McLean Hospital is conducting a research study of the effects of an FDA approved medication for alcohol dependence. You may qualify to participate if you:
- Are between the ages of 18-65
- Have recently stopped drinking alcohol or completed an alcohol detox
- Are interested in treatment
- Can come to the laboratory for 6 study visits and 2 MRI's

Marihuana & Sleep Study
Researchers at McLean Hospital are looking for men and women to participate in a 2 week study on the effects of marihuana on sleep. Study involves sleeping in our laboratory Monday through Thursday nights with one night of sleep deprivation. You must be:
- Between the ages of 21 and 45 years old
- Able to come to the lab to sleep Monday through Thursday nights for two weeks
- Able to stay awake one full night and the next day without any sleep
