Thirteen McLean Researchers Recieve NARSAD Young Investigator Awards

A record thirteen McLean researchers have received Young Investigator Awards from the National Alliance for Research on Schizophrenia and Depression (NARSAD). These two-year, $60,000 grants are quite prestigious, and is testament both to the quality of McLean's research program and the caliber of the young researchers recruited and starting their careers here. Each recipient will receive $60,000 over the next two years to conduct his or her study. NARSAD's Scientific Review Council, composed of 75 scientists and academic leaders in all areas of neurobiological and psychiatric research, reviews hundreds of applications each year to find the most promising research proposals.
