IntroductionThe Pavilion is an innovative residential program that provides state-of-the-art psychiatric assessment, consultation and treatment with access to top clinicians at McLean and the Massachusetts General Hospital. The Pavilion offers a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, including medical and neurologic evaluations as needed.Designed by George R. Shaw & Henry S. Hunnewell and completed in 1894, this building is named after Dr. Rufus Wyman, the first Superintendent of the McLean Asylum.
