Introduction
Waverley Place is a new model of psychiatric rehabilitation designed to restore health and improve the lives of people with chronic mental illness. Services are individually tailored to each member, providing the specific support or opportunity needed for independent living. Peer educators, who have also battled psychiatric illness, help members set and achieve goals.

Living RoomPublic spaces include the living room with its comfortable sofas and chairs that provide a safe and welcoming environment in which members can gather -- whether to knit, read a book or converse with others. The living room is also used by members and staff for group meetings to share experiences and ideas for building better lives. |
